Yes, if you're planning on parking and playing at North Beach State Park—especially on Fridays and Saturdays between July 1st and August 15th—we highly recommend purchasing a parking pass. Off-peak days and weekdays are less busy; however, buying your pass the same day is still a gamble. If you plan to go, it's best to purchase a pass for each vehicle.
If you are not planning to spend the day at the beach but only launching your boat and parking, some trailer parking spots have been set aside for this purpose. However, once those fill up, you will be turned away unless you have a pass.

REQUIREMENTS TO RESERVE
The Responsible Party and all Driver/Operators must be present and Check-On to receive important operation and safety instructions.
You must be 21+ years of age to reserve motorized equipment, and 18+ years of to reserve non-motorized equipment.
All Driver/Operators mou must provide a valid US Driver's License (no DUIs).
If towing, a half ton vehicle capable of towing 5,000 lbs, a tow hitch with a 2" ball, and proof of towing insurance upon request.
STEP 1: BOOK YOUR RENTAL
Click "Book Now" at the top of the northbearrentals.com.
Select the category and item you would like to reserve.
Choose your preferred pick-up date.
Evening Pick-Ups: Remember to select the preceding day if you have selected an Evening Pick-Up, schedule your reservation one day prior to you day of play.
Select your preferred time period rental period option.
Select whether you would like to launch and retrieve your equipment, or select our North Beach State Park Delivery Service ($200 charge).
Select your Towables and Add-Ons that will make your adventure amazing!
Verify your pick up times, dates and return dates.
Complete the Check-Out process through our secure booking platform.
You will receive a confirmation email and further instructions. If possible, please complete all your forms, submit Driver's Licenses and sign waiver and insurance formas prior to your arrival for a quick and smooth rental check on process.

STEP 2: PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL (20-40 minutes)
Arrive at North Bear Rentals property at scheduled Pick-Up Date and Time. You may arrive 15 minutes early. Please let us know if you are running late.
Complete any documentation/payments.
Select your Safety Equipment such as life jackets or helmets.
Choose your reserved Toys and Add-Ons. You may also add additional toys at the time of Check-On.
A North Bear Rentals staff member will Hook-Up your Rental to your tow vehicle, take picture documentation and provide a thorough education on your Rental to help you and your Operators avoid injury or damages.

Half-Day Morning Pick Up | Meet at the North Bear Rentals Store in St Charles. Complete your Check On. Choose your location around the lake to launch and retrieve. At the end of your adventure, load and fuel your boat and return your equipment at your designated time. | Once your AM check-on at the North Bear Rentals Store in St Charles is complete, follow a North Bear Staff to North Beach State Park for launch. Evening Pick Up | Take care of all the digital paperwork, inspection, education, life jackets and hook up your equipment for transportation the evening before. Get to the lake early to beat the crowds. Load and fuel your equipment and the end of the day and return to the North Beach | Once your evening check on is complete, you will meet a North Bear Rentals Staff the following morning at North Beach State Park. You will be checked out at the lake unless unusual circumstances have occured. |
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PWC Operators are required to watch a 10 minute Idaho State PWC Safety video at Check-On.

1. The person who's name on the reservation with Valid ID.
2. Any drivers/operate a motorized vehicle and Valid ID.
3. A credit card with the available damage deposit.
4. If towing, a Tow Vehicle capable with a 2" ball and Proof of Insurance.

When preparing to return your Rental, make sure you allow at least 45 minutes - an hour (North Beach State Park) for busy ramps, traffic lines and time to re-fuel. Being on time is VERY important! If you are going to be late, please call us.
When refueling your Motorized Vehicle, please select Ethanol-Free Fuel or Premium, if not available. Fueling station suggestions:
1. Minnetonka: Fuel Stop: St. Charles - Ethanol Free Available
2. Bear Bottom: St. Charles - Ethanol Free Available
3. Paris Sinclair: St. Charles - Premium Available
4. Mike's Market: Garden City - Ethanol Free Available
Complete the Equipment Check-Off with a North Bear Rentals staff member where a staff member will review your Rental for [roper fueling and damages. Your Damage Deposit Hold will be released, pending no damages. (PLEASE NOTE: Please keep your fueling receipt)
If you think you may be late returning your Rental, please call us immediately. Late returns will be charged a late fee. (Base rate, non-discounted/8hrs.)
Units return with excessive sand, mud, food and spills or dog fur will incur an "Above and Beyond Cleaning Fee" of $100, depending on the extent.
Units not fueled or under fueled will be charged a $25 fueling fee plus Fuel.
